Location: Remote (KS)

UX/UI Designer is an experienced creator specializing in both the User Interface (intuitive navigational interactions) and User Experience (responsiveness of the app, movement between screens, and/or scroll through options). Leveraging your experience with SaaS Application design(s), you will deliver Cloud Data Products that are functional, accessible, with a strong emphasis on representation of analytical data. This role will support key initiatives within the Future Vertical Lift organization at Bell which supports our Military customers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers to ideate, and execute design solutions.
Design user interfaces and interactions for user testing and user research.
Develop scalable wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and clickable prototypes.
Create and develop visual documentation to aid Product and Engineering collaborations.
Scalable design patterns, along with user flows to communicate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
Maintain design consistency across platforms and devices, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Engage in tight collaboration across the Product team(s).
Help identify design problems in existing properties and devise elegant solutions.
Design complete user experiences that fulfill the requirements.

Must have 3+ years of user interface design experience designing in an agile development environment.
Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodologies.
Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to deliver in scope and on time.
A good understanding of programming languages, content management systems, and design tools.
Full stack designer with experience in all phases of UX design, including but not limited to (Research, Design, A/B Testing).
Must be Highly proficient in a variety of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD, Framer X, Webflow, etc.).
Must have Experience with 3D design tools (Babylon, Phocus3D, Blender, TinkerCAD, etc.).
Must have Working knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how to incorporate them into modern user experiences.
Must be Well versed in creating user guides, tool tips, Help or FAQs section for consumer sites.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
High degree of ownership on both tactical and strategic projects with the ability to unblock themselves.
Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience designing consumer-facing web applications for SaaS platforms.
Works well in teams, respecting and welcoming ideas from colleagues.
Strong customer/client focus, ownership, urgency, and drive.
Experience in Agile Processes and delivery.

Education:
Bachelor's degree with a Major in Business, Computer Science, or other relative degree. Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience. Related degrees or certifications with relevant experience will be considered.
