We are looking for a Relationship Banker- Operations Supervisor to join our team at our branch in Bethel, VT. The ideal candidate will oversee the smooth functioning of the teller area, ensuring an exceptional service experience for our customers.

Candidates should possess a positive outlook and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in utilizing and adapting to changing technology along with a flexible schedule so we can best serve our customers. The Relationship Banker-Operations Supervisor must have two years of banking experience and understanding of operational procedures gained through several years of operational experience. A strict commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of customer information is imperative.

The anticipated fill date for this role is June 2024.

Starting Pay for this position is $19.50-$21.00 depending on experience.
