Job Description
The Enterprise Product Operations Senior Analyst will be responsible for the execution of the strategies to enable Cox Automotive Product team members to deliver best-in-class products. This role includes the management of shared product management discipline standards across Cox Automotive, which enable product management teams to excel.

This role works cross-functionally to define and operationalize best practices, enable enterprise tooling, and analyze performance of the team effectiveness and adoption of operating standards. This role supports driving ongoing improvement in product development and management practices to ensure our product team member's efforts achieve maximum impact.

The person in this role is part of the core team that identifies, develops, and administers a range of enterprise-wide initiatives designed to improve Product Operations across brands, and works to effect broad change. This is both a strategic and hands-on position requiring a proactive spirit and strong problem-solving capabilities. The person in this role works to implement, manage, improve, and scale various tools, the processes, and methods to use them.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in working with matrixed teams to build relationships, understand their needs, and consult on the best ways to address them, while driving awareness and adherence to enterprise standards. They also must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to think through broad needs across the enterprise.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Tooling: Administer enterprise tools used for product management, define requirements for customizations and serve as frontline support for team members to maximize use of the tool. Manage vendors, as well as internal Vendor Management and Supply Chain relationships and contribute to decisions for new tooling needs as well as renegotiations and renewals. Track, prioritize, and manage implementation initiatives across multiple teams; serve as the primary point of contact for tool requests. This also includes managing migrations from existing tools and sunsetting certain tool usage.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to test and deploy new tools while testing, monitoring, and optimizing existing integrations. Partner with Product resources to identify improvements and evaluate effectiveness of the tools implemented.
  • Enterprise Stewardship: Partner with Product Operations, Product Readiness teams, as well as other teams internal to the Product COE and Cox Automotive Product and Technology Group (CAPTG) to coordinate efforts and promote awareness for Product Operations initiatives.
  • Reporting: Track, analyze and publish reports to be used in providing insights from Sales, as well as Operations to Product Team members. Track and analyze attendance records, site traffic, tools usage to understand usage and usability. Enhance and maintain the Product training transcript to best provide visibility to people leaders for development conversations. Maintain various reporting tools and dashboards.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree (required; MS Degree preferred)
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in project management for product teams, product management or product operations specifically
  • 4+ years of experience specifically in the technology space
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, other advanced data analysis functions)
  • Advanced in Workato or other integration tools
  • Advanced in PowerBI
  • Ability to assess capabilities, gaps, and build plans for addressing organizational needs
  • Experience in managing initiatives with diverse stakeholders / needs to address
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated ability to develop intuitive information architecture strategies
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement and small to medium sized operational change management initiatives


Working knowledge of:

  • SmartSheet
  • Rally
  • Salesforce Reporting and Dashboards
  • Workato or a like application integration platform
  • Change management concepts (Prosci)


Nice to have:

  • Management of 3rd party vendors
  • Knowledge of support ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of listening software
  • Knowledge of Double Diamond Discovery framework
  • Knowledge of Lean concepts


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Up to 10%

USD 77,800.00 - 116,800.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $77,800.00 - $116,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
